New York Medicaid pays T1032 perinatal visits at $93.75 in New York City or $84.37 rest of state, and T1033 labor/delivery at $750 in New York City or $675 rest of state. For dates of service on or after April 1, 2025, bill an MMC member's plan for MMC dates and use eMedNY only for FFS.
