Oregon global fee source conflict
OHA public guide materials show a $1,500 global line in one source, while payer/CCO materials and a 2026 NASHP summary show $1,505. The Oregon ruleset keeps the working operational value as $1,505 and flags this conflict for review before any production Oregon launch.
Correction policy
We do not delete mistakes silently.
We add the corrected value, the source, the date, and a plain-language note explaining what changed.
Social graphics must be corrected in captions or comments if the original cannot be edited.
