Does DoulaPaid need patient or claim data?
No. Reviews accept only provider setup choices and official source links. Do not enter names, Medicaid IDs, dates of birth, service dates tied to a person, claim numbers, visit notes, EOBs, documents, screenshots, or private payer messages.
Do I have to schedule a call or webinar?
No. Complete the questions online and receive the written review by the listed deadline. No demo, sales call, webinar, or family inquiry form is required.
Which states are available for paid review?
Paid reviews are available in California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, and Washington. Free guides remain available for other states.
Does a review enroll me or submit a claim?
No. DoulaPaid identifies provider setup gaps and gives you next actions linked to official sources. The state and each managed care plan make enrollment and contracting decisions. Claims stay with your payer portal, approved billing system, or biller.
Is payment or claim approval guaranteed?
No. Payment depends on provider enrollment, member eligibility, payer participation, covered services, documentation, timely filing, and payer review. DoulaPaid does not guarantee enrollment, contracting, approval, or payment.
Does this service require a BAA?
DoulaPaid does not offer a BAA for this service and does not accept patient, member, claim, or payer-message data. Whether a BAA or another privacy obligation applies to your organization depends on the facts and applicable law, so complete your own legal, privacy, security, and procurement review before purchasing.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A paid order can be canceled for a full refund before review work begins. DoulaPaid also refunds an order it cancels or cannot deliver. If delivery is more than two business days past the displayed target and the review is not complete, you may cancel for a full refund before delivery. Completed custom reviews are ordinarily final except where law requires otherwise.
