Do not enter patient or family data
DoulaPaid does not accept names, contact details, Medicaid IDs, dates of birth, service dates tied to a person, claim numbers, signed forms, Social Security numbers, W-9 information, banking information, or visit notes.
No uploads or screenshots
Do not upload or submit documents, screenshots, application files, private payer messages, portal correspondence, or claim forms.
Do not send care inquiries
Do not send family inquiries, referral details, patient messages, individual eligibility questions, or requests for care.
