Rates and claim details
- Bill 8 prenatal/postpartum visits (60-minute minimum, face-to-face or telehealth) plus 1 labor and delivery visit; prior authorization is required beyond 8 visits.
- Use 59899 with modifier HD for prenatal and postpartum visits; use Z32.2 for prenatal and labor/delivery and Z32.3 for postpartum.
- Labor and delivery may not be telehealth. Select the delivery code that matches the delivery type: 59409, 59514, 59612, or 59620 with modifier HD.
