Program requirements

  • Program: Ohio Medicaid doula services
  • Referral or recommendation: Classify FFS versus MCO routing first. FFS uses up to 48 T1032 units before prior authorization for additional units; MCO authorization, filing, appeal, rate, and payment-calendar rules remain plan-specific.
  • Registry or provider setup: Ohio Board of Nursing-certified community doula with Medicaid enrollment through PNM and MCO credentialing/contracting as applicable.
  • Payer path: ODM PNM, Ohio Medicaid FFS, and Ohio Medicaid managed-care organization portals
