Program requirements
- Program: NJ FamilyCare doula services
- Referral or recommendation: Retain the licensed-practitioner recommendation, verify NJ FamilyCare eligibility, and confirm the member is not in NJSPCP.
- Registry or provider setup: Enroll as an NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service community doula before MCO participation; maintain approved community doula training, background check, liability insurance, HIPAA, CPR, and cultural competency requirements.
