Program requirements
- Program: HUSKY Health certified doula services
- Referral or recommendation: Retain the handwritten or electronic licensed-practitioner recommendation, referral, or order before billing.
- Registry or provider setup: Doulas must be certified by the Connecticut Department of Public Health and fully enrolled with CMAP/HUSKY Health before services are reimbursable.
