SoonerCare doula codes are verified (59899/HD prenatal and postpartum; 59409/59514/59612/59620 HD labor and delivery), but rates follow the Oklahoma Medicaid State Plan methodology and are published only through the OHCA secure fee schedule, not statically verified. Rate calculations and ready-claim checks will be available after official payer rates and codes are verified.
